What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your reservation date. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit your reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. Please see weather cancelations for info on cancelations due to weather.

Weather cancellations

Rescheduling and refunds due to weather is determined on the day of your reservation. If there is inclement weather, your reservation may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded. We will not issue refunds for inclement weather more than 24 hours prior to your reservation.

Sunday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

* It Is unlawful to operate a Jet Ski on the waters NC between sunset and sunrise

Question 5

Payment/Deposit:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged the day of the reservation.

Question 6

Is there minimum booking requirement?

Yes, on weekdays there's a 2-hour minimum. On weekends you book anywhere from an hour to all day

What happens if I return the jet ski late?

A fee of $50 will be assessed for every 20 minutes after your rental time is set to end

What happens if I damage the jetski?

Accepted Answer

You will forfeit your deposit of $250. You will also be responsible for damages caused up to replacement of the jet ski or other boats on the lake that may have been damanged.

Safety Equipment

Lifejackets are mandatory when operating a jet ski. We will provide a life jacket for each rider at the time of booking.

Question 10

How many riders are allowed per jet ski?

Accepted Answer

Each jetski will allow for 2 people or 500 pounds. There may not be any other riders to operate the jetski outside of the original 1 or 2 that are on the order.

How old do I need to be to book a jetski?

21 years old OR you can be accompanied by a parent

Question 12

Will I have to sign a waiver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every person that will be on a jetski will have to sign a waiver. If a rider is >18 years old, the parent will be responsible for filling out the waiver on their behalf.

Question 13

Will I be responsible for refueling the jetski upon return?

Accepted Answer

No. You are allotted one full tank of fuel for every booking. Fuel is included in the cost of booking.
